Food as Medicine - Part 2

Hi folks the part 2 of Food as Medicine post come with more useful hints and suggestions to prevent certain ailments in your body. Take note of the followings:-

ASTHMA? EAT ONIONS!!!!
Eating onions helps ease constriction of bronchial tubes. (when I was young, my mother would make onion packs to place on our chest, helped the respiratory ailments and actually made us breathe better).

哮喘?吃洋葱!!

洋葱对支气管的收缩有很大的帮助。(小时候,妈妈将洋葱放在胸口上,这种做法对呼吸道的病症很有效,事实上它让我们呼吸得更加畅快。)

UPSET STOMACH? BANANAS - GINGER!!!!!
Bananas will settle an upset stomach.
Ginger will cure morning sickness and nausea.

在为胃痛烦恼?香蕉-生姜!

香蕉可以缓解胃痛,而生姜则可治疗晨吐及反胃。

ARTHRITIS? EAT FISH, TOO!!
Salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines actually prevent arthritis. (fish has omega oils, good for our immune system)

关节炎?还是吃鱼!

三文鱼,金枪鱼,鲭鱼还有沙丁鱼均可预防关节炎。

(鱼类含有丰富的Omega鱼油,对我们的免疫系统有着极大的好处.)

BONE PROBLEMS? EAT PINEAPPLE!!!
Bone fractures and osteoporosis can be prevented by the manganese in pineapple.

骨骼问题?凤梨!

骨折及骨质疏松均可靠凤梨中的锰元素得到预防。

BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!!
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.

膀胱炎?多喝点酸莓汁吧!

含酸度高的酸莓汁可控制体内有害细菌的滋长。
