If you are not staying in Singapore, you will be glad to know or you may have already known that there is "night-racing" in September 26 to 28 from 8:00PM. We will use the existing street into a racing circuit for the first time in Singapore. It is going to be very exciting and good experience for Singaporean and tourist alike.

Just briefly describe about the Circuit in Singapore, most racing tracks are purpose-built circuits, though there are some exceptions; like Singapore and Monaco tracks (street circuit), and the Belgium track (road circuit). All venues offer different designs, but all would feature a series of straight roads, bends and sharp corners to test the driving skills of racing drivers and thus create excitement amongst the spectators. The number of laps range from 44 (Belgium Race) to 78 (Monaco Race). However small the country of Singapore is, our circuit will have about 59 laps (quite good for a small country) and runs anti-clockwise, unlike others which run in clockwise. There are few countries that their circuits also run anti-clockwise. Bicycle racings are popular in other countries but not yet in Singapore.

The person could be a Dr. ? that left behind large amount of money ($10 million or more) trying to transfer out of the country,  all you have to do is to allow Dr.? to transfer that money into your back account.  The condition he gives, you must provide him with your name, address, bank account number, Phone number and Fax to a person in charge and he/she will action on it.

And if you do?

You will receive another email or letter that requires you to pay a series of fees, bribes, attorney expenses, or transaction cost before this huge some of money can be released. This such request will go on and on and eventually you will lose more money and you will never hear from this "top Dr.? "again. And by giving away your bank account information, you are directly giving him your key to your money. This is where you lose all your savings to SCAMS like this.

Unfortunately there are people fall prey to these scam emails and they lose lots of money.   This innocent people are so tempted after reading their email that they are promised of receiving millions of dollars after you follow the instruction of these "people".

You can prevent yourself from this "Nigerian Scams"

Never respond to this type of email, snail mail, or fax from Nigeria, even to get more information about the offer. Delete it or throw it away.

Do not travel to meet the e-mail's sender or the author of the letter. Many who have gone abroad to pursue these offers have been robbed or held for ransom. One American was even killed.

Report Nigerian money offers you receive to the fraud section of your local police and postal inspector. If you have already lost money in one of these schemes, contact the Secret Service and ask where to send your documentation.

The above are some guidelines that "wake you up" so you can prevent yourself being SCAM from such unscrupulous "creatures".

The amount of salt that we eat has a direct effect on our blood pressure. The more salt we eat, the higher our blood pressure. This is true, not only in people with high blood pressure, but also in people with normal blood pressure. A high salt intake also causes other health damage such as greater retention of water in your body, which leads to swelling of the ankles. Too much salt also worsens thinning of the bones (osteoporosis), asthma and kidney disease and is closely related to cancer of the stomach. Therefore, everyone should cut the amount of salt they eat. You may have made a lot of money in your business, but eating the wrong food may cause you spend more on medical bills later.

Health Promotion Board and The Department of Health and Food Standards Agency recommend that everyone should cut their salt intake from the current amount of 10 to 12 grams of salt a day to 5 to 6 grams a day, or less. If you can reduce salt intake more, this will lower your blood pressure further. This is particular for people who have hypertension.

There are different eating habits of every individual, and because of this so-call "Food Cravings" many do not know of the dangerous food we eat that are sabotaging us daily. Just last week, I notice my PC speed has gone much slower then before. When I click enter, it takes some time to open another page or response to another link. I knew something is NOT right with my PC.

I started calling my friends who are more computer savvy then me. John, who is a system engineer said, if your system is running on Windows platform, your operating system has what’s called a registry. This registry is what 'Windows' uses to store hardware and software configuration information, user preferences and setup information on your computer. If there is anything wrong with the configuration, your PC will pop-out "error message" and warn you of any invalid application paths, invalid device drivers, missing file associations etc.

He too faces problems like this before on his PC and he restore it nice and cool. He uses RegistrySmart, which is a Windows Registry Cleaner, Kernel32 DLL Error Message Fix & Access Violation Repair Software. I like to share with you the seven dangerous act TO AVOID after a meal, this was sent to me by a good friend.

DON'T ACT THE 7 ACTIONS BELOW
AFTER YOU HAVE A MEAL

Don't smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).
Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.
Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.
Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked.
Don't bathe - Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in stomach.
Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.
Don"t sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric and infection in our intestine.

The Biggest Myths When it Comes to Bad Credit!

This is an experience I wish not happen to any of you. A good friend of mine, named Samuel who knows me for more then 10 years called me up one day and asked me to go lunch with him. I just remembered that I had spent quite a lot of money for the Chinese New Year Goodies and I don't have enough cash to treat him. But since is the first time this year asking me to lunch with him I taught it might be important that he wished to speak with me in private.

I decided to go anyway, knowing that the meal will only cost a couple of bucks and it's no problem. Then I signed with me credit card; oh boy! there was a problem, my card was suspended! My friend was nice enough to shield away my embarrassment that he paid for the lunch.

I become wiser and smarter in managing my credit card usage. I've experienced the same problem. But after learning how to control my debt, and using a few methods and techniques I've discovered, from this book that I've bought, getting and staying out of debt is really easy!

I've got a long term friend from LA; his name is Frank Ferguson and this is how I know him. I worked for Singapore Airlines and being in the sales department, I traveled to the United States almost quarterly to meet travel agencies and other tour operators.

Chasing the $$$$$ all my life!

When I was young, right after the second world war, life was not rosy as it is NOW. It was really bitter and hard to make ends meets. My parents had to wash and iron clothes for restaurants and other lodging premises. Earning only a few dollars a week made it tough to support a family of 6 persons.

All my life, I was told to go to college, study hard and get high marks to enter university. The ultimate goals was to make money, help to support the family and my other younger siblings continue education. When graduated try to get a nice $68,000 a year starting salary, and live a normal, enjoyable life. But little that I realized that life is not that simple, is full of stress.

It all started to work part-time, when I was 12 years old making $2.85 an hour bagging groceries. My life as a school boy was consisted of working part-time, bagging groceries, and going to school. I told my dad doing just that will not make enough money for me and the family.

My father said son in order to survive this competitive world you need to be creative, work SMART and think "out-of-the-BOX" to make more money and become a millionaire one day.

Then when Information Technology swarm the world, I said to myself I am going to be creative and work smart learn technical computer skills to market products, services, and myself to the world... I haven't looked back since.

I surf the net daily spending average 8 hours searching for niche marketing ideas just to reach my goal. Now in this modern and stressful living, people are talking about retirement not only targeted at people in their 50s, or 60s but also to youth in their 30s and 40s.

After all, it is when we are in our 20s or 30s that we first take charge of our lives, to aim for the goals we want to achieve. Many of these goals are career-related.

When we are young, especially just after high school, we dream of getting a good job, that provide us with good prospects and career advancement that eventually leads to making money.  Then 3 years or 5 years down the road, we strive to make even more money, by trying to upgrade ourselves through higher education and on the job training to improve our working skills; thus boost up our employability.

In this way we can move up the corporate ladder and earn even more money.   Until we are over 50 years of age we still have that money making urge because by then we have different expectations to achieve our money making dreams.   One would like to be seated on top of the corporate 'chair', that's our main goal in this competitive corporate environment.

You will know that someday, somehow, sometime, as the saying goes "good things must come to an end".   You may be holding a top post in a Multi-National Company or doing a flourishing business on your own or your very own family business..... you need to call it "QUITS".   

This is more so in Asian countries, the idea of retirement is never in the minds of the Asians.   Because through tradition, our forefathers use to work and work and sometimes collapse at the work place!

In modern Asian mentality, this 'work till drop' is changing.   I also read an article that says " LIFE begins at 50"  where a father of 4 children "retired" to be an artist (his passion for life).....  I'm to the fact that we must change this old-fashion thinking of 'work till drop' and start to think of a point that we need to call it QUITS..... just retire.
